Orders and Pricing

• The price of the goods is to be calculated by reference our current product pricing on our website.

• Any orders processed through the website are valid for the website only and do not carry over to physical shops.
  
  
• Any promotional offers including discount codes and weekly specials are only valid for use towards online orders containing acceptable retail quantities and are not valid for wholesale quantities and/or those for business purposes.
  

Delivery

• Seasia Foods will endeavour to contact customers regarding unavailable items and offer substitutions.
  
  
• If we have not been provided Authority to Leave your delivery, we will endeavour to contact you on the phone to gain your authority. If we are unable to make contact your order will be returned and a cancellation fee of $10 may be charged to you.
  
  
• If we are unable to locate or access the delivery address or if we are unable to make contact to determine an alternative delivery spot, your order will be returned and a cancellation fee of $10 may be charged to you.
  
  
• Seasia Foods reserve the right to cancel orders found to be fraudulent.

Payment

• Seasia Foods requires upfront payment for orders to be delivered.
  
• Seasia Foods reserves the right to decline an order or refuse delivery if payment is not made in full for an order.
  
  
• Seasia Foods reserves the right to amend any pricing errors displayed due to human error, computer malfunction or other reason. We will notify you of any error in pricing and you may elect to not purchase any Good/s where the price has been corrected.

Return of Goods

• Seasia foods will not accept returns for refund without prior authorisation.
  
  
• Quality issues with perishables resulting in refund needs to be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  
  
• Any goods which the buyer returns for credit, other than defective foods will only be accepted if they are in original packaging and in as new saleable order and condition.
